CASSA is where familiar flavors, unexpected ideas, and pastry technique meet.
Every macaron starts with the flavor itself, then gets built around pastry creams, curds, custards, caramel, jams, and whatever else makes the idea work.
The menu keeps changing because that's the fun part :)

A few things to know.
When should I place my order?+
Place your order Thursday through Monday for fulfillment the following Thursday. Orders placed Tuesday or Wednesday may still be accepted depending on the flavors and quantities remaining for that week.
How do pickup and delivery work?+
Orders are available for pickup or local delivery within Bergen County, NJ. Exact pickup or delivery details will be coordinated after your order is confirmed.
How many flavors can I choose?+
Six-packs can include up to three flavors. Twelve- and twenty-four-packs can include up to four. Your macarons will be divided evenly between the flavors you select.
When is my order confirmed?+
Your order is held after you submit it and confirmed once payment is received. You'll receive your order number and Zelle instructions by email.
How should I store my macarons?+
Keep your macarons refrigerated until you're ready to enjoy them. For the best texture and flavor, let them sit at room temperature for a little while before eating.
Do your macarons contain allergens?+
Our macarons contain almond, milk, and egg. Some flavors may contain additional allergens. Please review the allergen information provided with your order before enjoying.
Can I request a custom flavor?+
Yes. Custom flavors are available for larger and event orders. Email us with what you have in mind and we'll see what we can create :)
